The Neighborhood Developers (TND) is a leader in collective impact, a framework used to tackle entrenched and complex social problems. It is an innovative and structured approach to collaborating across government, business, philanthropy, non-profit organisations and citizens to achieve significant and lasting social change. The work that TND does is necessary, and when paired with others, it is more effective at driving change and creating a healthy community.

Community progress occurs when residents and civic institutions join forces around aligned goals.
— Ann Houston, TND Executive Director
