Andrew Melendez

Andrew is a lifelong New York native, straight out of "The Bronx" as the New Yorkers say and he has officially relocated to one of TND's communities- Revere!  For the past six years, Andrew worked at Hope Community as a Resident Services Coordinator providing services to families in 39 properties. 

Andrew is well experienced in resident services and also worked on a very large-scale relocation project in New York. Andrew is very familiar with working with property management, asset management, construction rehabilitation and community organizing. He is an animal lover, a vegan and loves meditation and yoga.
