    Resident Services

TND provides more than a welcoming home. Our Resident Services team is a door-knock or phone call away—get to know us and the services we offer!

Our Resident Services team helps everyone living in our buildings to stay in their homes even in difficult circumstances. We also provide access to the services and resources our residents want and need in order to achieve independence, self-sufficiency, personal satisfaction, and overall well being.

The three pillars of Resident Services

  • Housing stability

    Our Resident Services team does everything in our power to help residents to remain in their homes, no matter what. If you are facing challenges paying your rent, get in touch so that we can work out a plan together.

  • Economic growth

    Our economic mobility programs help families and individuals learn how to make sound financial decisions and to grow income and assets. We offer financial and employment coaching so that you can achieve your financial goals, like buying a home or sending a child to college.

  • Resident engagement

    We empower residents to make their voices heard. We bring residents together to create the opportunities they want to see in our buildings and communities. Get involved as a resident ambassador, or join an advisory committee. Help to host social events like barbecues and block parties. Take advantage of leadership training to contribute to neighborhood activism, or to invest in community-building.
