Cassandra Witthaus

With a diverse educational background including ARCGIS classes, a BA in Anthropology, a minor in Film & Digital Media, and a LEED AP Homes accreditation, Cassie brings 7 years of experience with affordable housing finance applications and managing small projects to her role as Project Manager. Her musical theater background from childhood and high school make her a resourceful problem solver. She takes every opportunity to learn about the challenges of affordable housing development and help the team find creative solutions to the housing crisis. Very excited to relocate to Massachusetts from California, her passion for healthful and resident-centric housing solutions is supported by TND's mission.
