Alina Gardner

Alina has 17 years' experience serving homeless families, returning citizens, at-risk youth, unemployed and chronically underemployed jobseekers. Alina discovered her love of Workforce development when hired as a career advisor to incarcerated women that were close to being released at the former Workplace Career Center (now MassHire Downtown Boston). Alina enjoys helping people understand and plan career pathways and she loves to witness the "ah-ha" moment jobseekers get when their training/employment efforts come to fruition.
