Benefits
TND is proud of the generous benefits it offers to its staff. Our team members receive the following:
Holidays: 13 full-day holidays off (including two floating holidays) + 3 half-day holidays off (all prior to holidays).
Vacation: 13 days of vacation for new employees, 15 days of vacation after the first year, 18 days after two years, and 20 days thereafter.
Sick Time: 80 hours of paid sick time per year.*
Sabbatical: After five years, every team member may elect to take a paid sabbatical of up to 4-weeks in duration.
Medical: TND covers 80% of the cost of medical insurance and also provides dental and vision insurance.*
Retirement: TND makes non-elective contributions each pay period, equal to 4% of the employee’s compensation for the pay period. This is immediately vested. You may choose how these funds are invested. Part- time and temporary staff may not be eligible.
Professional Development: up to $1,000/year from TND and up to $1,500 from our professional employer organization.*
Other: access to flexible spending and health savings accounts, short-term, long-term disability, and life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance, and employee, educational, and adoption assistance programs.
