  • The WinnResidential office for TND’s properties is located in Chelsea. The office is accessed via the parking lot located behind 4 Gerrish Ave / 615 Broadway right behind the Family Dollar store.

    The office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. You can call the office at 617-884-0692. If you call outside of office hours, a calling service will page the maintenance staff for emergencies.

  • The Neighborhood Developers (TND) is a nonprofit that develops and owns affordable rental apartments. WinnResidential is the property management company hired by TND to oversee the day-to-day operations of these properties such as collecting rent, property maintenance, and much more.

    TND’s Resident Services team works closely with WinnResidential to provide our residents with the support and services they need to ensure a good quality of life.

  • You pay rent online by using WinnResidential’s portal, called ActiveBuilding.com. When a resident moves in, they are given a guide on how to set up their ActiveBuilding account

  • Work orders are submitted by calling the WinnResidential office at 617-884-0692 during office hours (9AM to 5PM). If you call outside of office hours, a calling service will page the maintenance staff on call for emergencies.

  • Always make sure you call the WinnResidential management office at (617) 884-0692 to discuss your challenges. They will contact our Resident Services team, and together we will assess the situation and find the best solution.
