Joe Aponte

Originally from New York City, Joe Aponte joined CONNECT Director in July 2024. Previously Joe worked in Business Operations in the education and Real Estate industries. It was through this work that Joe was introduced to The Neighborhood Developers and the important work that they do. Joe is passionate about leading teams with empathy and finding creative and out-of-the-box ways to support his team, and by extension, his community.
