Astry Dubon

Being a Chelsea resident her entire life. She strives to provide the type of assistance to others that her parents would have needed as she was growing up. She has been her parents advocate ever since she can remember anywhere from breaking a language barrier to reading and completing documents for them. She strives to serve the community she grew up in to help other people within the community break those barriers and receive the assistance they need, in this case be able to receive the healthcare coverage they are eligible for. Astry was a student at Northeast Metro Tech where she studied office technology and continued her education at Bunker Hill Community College. Astry began her career working in healthcare at the age of twenty, beginning as a unit coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital, she then moved on to being a scheduling coordinator and then becoming a MassHealth Certified Application Counselor.  Astry looks forward to helping the community and learning further from her peers.
